CANCELLATION POLICY:
Please understand that when you cancel your appointment without notice, we miss the opportunity to fill that time.

We require a 24 hour notice for all appointment changes + cancellations.
If a notice is not given, the reserved card will be charged 50% of the service total.
If you cancel the same day/no show an appointment, the card on file will be charged 100%.
​
REDO POLICY:
We are happy to make small changes within 2 weeks of the date of the original service.
However, we do not offer refunds for services.
